What materials are your anime body pillows made from?
We offer pillows in several high-quality fabrics, including Peach Skin for a smooth, crisp finish and 2-Way Tricot, which is highly elastic, soft, and the gold standard for high-definition printing.
How do I wash my body pillow cover without damaging the print?
To preserve the vibrant colors, we recommend hand washing or machine washing on a delicate cycle with cold water. Always turn the cover inside out and air dry away from direct sunlight.
Does the pillow cover come with the inner stuffing?
Most of our products are sold as covers only to save on shipping costs, but we do offer high-density 'Inner Pillows' separately in our 'Inserts' collection.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-printed designs may take 7-10 business days to manufacture before being dispatched via tracked shipping.
What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pillows that have been opened or used.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, opaque mailers or unmarked boxes. The shipping label will list the sender as 'AB Store' to ensure your privacy.
