At Anime Body Pillow Store, we want you to love your comfort items, but if your dakimakura or bedding isn't a perfect match, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, inner pillow inserts must remain vacuum-sealed to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the pillowcase and place it back into its original protective sleeve; ensure that any inner pillows remain in their factory-sealed vacuum packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for verification.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality and hygiene compliance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
